Z hlediska výhledu je to jednoznačně nejlepší ubytování v okolí. Pokoje jsou menší s malou koupelnou, ale dostatečně vybavené. Sprchový kout je opravdu velmi malinký. Postel byla velmi nepohodlná, protože velmi měkká matrace byla na drátěném roštu a to způsobovalo vlnobití při každém pohybu. Nicméně pan majitel je zatím ten nejvstřícnější člověk, kterého jsem kdy poznal. Snídaně byly výborné. Velikou výhodou je bazén, protože možností koupání v jezeře je velmi málo. K hotelu je velmi klikatá strmá cesta a navigace vás povede špatnou cestou (velmi úzké uličky, kde vám bude zbývat u každého zrcátka 1 cm místa od zdi). Je zapotřebí přijet k hotelu z pravé strany. Na fotkách jsou dva typy pokojů. Každý pokoj je pro 2 osoby.
Stayed here two nights and it was great. Fantastic view, good rooms and the service was the best we had during our 3 week trip. Umberto was so attentive to everything.
Hele fijne plek om vakantie te vieren met prachtig uitzicht! Ook is er een groot zwembad waar het meestal erg rustig is. Umberto is een echte gastheer die heel attent is. Het ontbijt is zeker een aanrader! Goeie locatie om Lago Maggiore te bezoeken.
Gleichmal vorweg: was immer man hier über Umberto liest, ist wahr! Eine Seele von Mensch, der es sich zum Ziel gemacht hat, seine Gäste glücklich zu sehen! Die Aussicht auf den See ist grandios und sicher nicht zu überbieten - da vergisst man selbst die schrecklich enge Dusche Der Pool ist nicht beheizt, aber auch das nimmt man wohlwollend hin, weil man sich halt einfach wohlfühlt.
Bei Umberto fühlt man sich von der 1. Minute an wohl, so freundlich und fürsorglich, wie auch das Personal. Zimmer schön, top sauber, sogar unser Bett war bequem. Wenn man Seeblick gebucht hat, was man unbedingt sollte, genießt man einen herrlichen Ausblick, auch Abends wunderschön. Das Frühstück war ordentlich. Der Pool ist sehr gepflegt und sauber und man hat dort so ziemlich seine Ruhe, viel los ist nicht. Wir waren sehr zufrieden, es gab keinerlei Beanstandungen.
